Lullubelle currently delivers orders within South Africa.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or South African public holidays will be processed from the next business day.

These delivery periods are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather, remote delivery locations or other circumstances outside Lullubelle’s reasonable control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges must be calculated or displayed during checkout based on the customer’s delivery address and the available delivery method.

Customers may select Door-to-Door Delivery at checkout for a flat rate of R80 within supported South African delivery areas. Availability remains subject to the courier being able to service the supplied address.

Any free-delivery promotion must be clearly displayed on the website and at checkout.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, the customer must receive the courier tracking information after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address.

Lullubelle is not responsible for delays, additional courier charges or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Customers must contact luzellec4@gmail.com if an order has not arrived within the expected delivery period.

Lullubelle will investigate the delivery with the courier and assist the customer with an appropriate resolution.
