Refund Policy

At Lullubelle, we want customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Returns, replacements and refunds must be handled in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
Returns
Customers may request a return where:
- A product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The incorrect product was supplied.
- A product arrives in an unusable condition.
Customers must notify Lullubelle within 7 days of receiving the order by emailing luzellec4@gmail.com.
The request should include:
- The order number.
- A description of the problem.
- Photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.
Refunds
Once a returned product has been received and inspected, Lullubelle will notify the customer of the outcome.
Approved refunds must be processed through the original payment method. Customers should allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Non-returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns cannot normally be accepted for:
- Opened skincare products.
- Used cosmetics.
- Products damaged through misuse or improper storage.
- Gift cards.
This restriction does not apply where a product is faulty, defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied.
Damaged Orders
Customers whose parcels arrive damaged must contact luzellec4@gmail.com and provide photographs of:
- The parcel.
- The packaging.
- The damaged product.
Lullubelle will assess the matter and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
